As shown in the schedule, the workshops will start Monday after lunch. We suggest to start the workshops all together and discuss the following issues:

	Develop a shared vision among all of us (all working groups) as to what we are seeking to produce in the way of an aggregate body of communication architecture standards for electric utilities.
	What will the end result contain?
	What pieces already exist? Substations? Wind power? What else?
	Status and actions regarding the windpower standardisation
	What pieces are still needed? For which pieces are there active working groups and for which are there no working groups?
	Harmonization with CIM. Why are CIM and 61850 not part of the same effort?
	What should 61850 be called? UCA or what??
	What can be done to get more support and stakeholder engagement (vendors, utilities, other) for development of the total body of needed standards?
	How do we accelerate the standards development?

Thereafter, we will redefine the tasks of the task forces based on where we started in Baden and then split into the groups.
